Executives Program

Header

If a tree stops growing, it starts dying. If a leader stops growing everything around them will begin to die as well. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for the important decision makers in your company to grow as leaders.

This group will be for Owners, CEO’s, C-Suite level executives and other leaders that shoulder responsibility for strategy development, leading other leaders and/or the hiring and firing of personnel.

The training is intended to not only provide executives with the resources they need to strengthen their organizations, but to also provide a venue for the exchange of practical wisdom between people who are walking in the shoes of an executive leader as well.

Below is an outline of what you and your team can expect from this program:

Building Leaders West Point’s Way 2.0

West Point has been developing leaders of character for our nation for almost over 200 years. West Point prepared Lee, Grant, Eisenhower, MacArthur, Schwarzkopf and Petreus for leadership at the highest and most critical levels.  The principles haven’t changed and neither have the results.  Using these principles grows you as a leader and helps you build leaders within your organization.[/tab] [tab title="Month 2"]

Know Thyself:  DISC

“Do I have the right people in the right jobs?  Why does this person drive me crazy?  Why can’t I seem to get through to her?” DISC answers these questions and gives solutions that you and your entire organization can implement to reduce friction and improve productivity. This class will help you identify your personality, strengths, and tendencies. It gives you practical tools to connect and communicate with the people you lead no matter how different they may be from you.[/tab] [tab title="Month 3"]

Situational Leadership II (Ken Blanchard)

Leaders must be able to adapt their styles to the people they are leading and the circumstances they are confronted with.  Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership II provides the leader with a simple tool to accurately diagnose the situation and provide coaching that best meets the needs of the person being coached.[/tab] [tab title="Month 4"]

Building A Cohesive Leadership Team (Patrick Lencioni)

“If an organization is led by a team that is not behaviorally unified, there is no chance it will become healthy.” – Patrick Lencioni A cohesive team at the top ensures the health of the organization it leads. Building Trust, Mastering Conflict, Achieving Commitment, Embracing Accountability and Focusing On Results are the keys for a cohesive leadership team.  The executive at the top of the org chart is responsible for building that team.  This session focuses on how to make the dream of a cohesive leadership team a reality.[/tab] [tab title="Month 5"]

Creating, Communicating and Reinforcing Clarity (Patrick Lencioni)

Clarity means everyone in an organization knows what they are doing and why they are doing it.  The leadership creates clarity for the organization.  Then they must communicate the “what”, the “why” and the “who” consistently.  If the leadership fails in any of these three areas, the consequences can be personal agendas, politics and the stagnation of the entire company.[/tab] [tab title="Month 6"]

Finding the Studs and Releasing the Duds

Who you have on your team often determines whether that team is a high maintenance team or a low maintenance team.  A leader must proactively hire people of character and fire people who lack character in order to build a low maintenance team.  How does a leader identify those people?  It’s not easy, but it is critical to a team’s success.  This session focuses on finding both the studs and the duds and doing the right thing in both cases.[/tab] [/tabs]
